No Payment Required

There is no fee to submit a club application. League fees and deposits are handled when an approved club registers its teams.

Registration Deadline

September 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MDT

I confirm that the information submitted is accurate and that I am authorized to submit this application on behalf of the club.

After Submission

Review

Futsal Edmonton reviews the club name, logo, colours and contact information.

Approval

Once approved, the club becomes a permanent organization inside Futsal Edmonton.

The approved club can then register its teams for the current season.
