Job Summary:

We are seeking a Game Day Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of game days within the league. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all game day activities, including preparing teams and officials, ensuring teams wear the proper uniforms, and managing game-related documentation.

Responsibilities:

- Team Preparation: Assist teams in preparing for matches, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and are ready for kick-off.

- Uniform Verification: Ensure that all teams are wearing proper uniforms, following league regulations.

- Game Sheets: Oversee the accurate uploading and maintenance of game sheets, ensuring they are complete and ready for review.

- Official Coordination: Coordinate with match officials, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources to officiate games.

- Venue Management: Work closely with venue staff to ensure a safe and organized game day experience.

- Game Day Logistics: Manage logistical aspects of game days, such as timing, schedules, and resolving any on-site issues as they arise.

- Communication: Act as a point of contact for teams, officials, and venue staff, ensuring smooth communication on game days.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of game day proceedings and handle any post-game documentation as required.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in event coordination or sports management is an asset.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of futsal rules and regulations is preferred.

- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

• Streaming Strategy: Develop a strategic plan for live streaming futsal games, ensuring maximum coverage and audience engagement.

• Broadcast Equipment: Coordinate the acquisition and setup of necessary broadcast equipment, including cameras, microphones, and streaming software.

• Live Production: Oversee live production of futsal matches, including camera operation, commentary, and graphics.

• Broadcast Quality: Ensure high-quality video and audio for streaming, addressing technical issues promptly.

• Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote live streaming and engage the audience through social media and other channels.

• Audience Interaction: Monitor live chats and audience interactions during streams, responding to inquiries and fostering a sense of community.
