Any team that is based in the Battle River Soccer Association, Edmonton District Soccer Association, Sherwood Park Soccer Association, or St. Albert Soccer Association must qualify for provincials through the EFL Playoff. Teams from other districts will qualify through their respective district playoffs (e.g., Fort St. John would qualify through the North West Peace Provincial Berth).

- Direct Semifinal Entry: The top two teams from the regular season standings gain direct entry to the playoffs semifinals, showcasing their dominance and earning a coveted spot.

- Playoff Battles: Teams ranked third to sixth will battle it out in the playoffs to determine the two additional semifinalists.

A Pathway to Nationals:

EFL's provincial competition isn't just about local glory—it's your stepping stone to national recognition.

National Spot: The champions of the provincial playoffs will represent Edmonton on the grand stage of Canadian futsal, competing in the nationals.
