Welcome to the 2025/2026 season

Welcome to the new season of the Edmonton Futsal League (EFL)!
We’re excited to kick off another year of high-quality futsal, competition, and community. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about team registration, fees, rules, and key commitments for the upcoming season.

League Structure

  • Serie A – $4,000 per team (highest competitive level)

  • Serie B – $3,500 per team (competitive, but more accessible entry)

Both divisions guarantee a full season of matches, playoffs, and the chance to compete in Edmonton’s premier futsal environment.

What’s Included

Each registered team will receive:

  • 5 official futsal balls

  • 10 pinnies (must be brought to every game)

  • League scheduling, referees, facility rentals, and administratio

Team Commitments

  • Volunteer Hours: Each team must contribute 10 volunteer hours per season to support league operations.

  • Punctuality & Game Sheets: Teams must arrive at least 30 minutes before kickoff with complete game sheets and required documents.

  • Equipment & Kits: Teams are responsible for having proper home and away kits, as well as shin guards and numbered jerseys for all players.

  • League Code of Conduct: Players, coaches, and spectators must respect league rules and referees at all times

Payment Information

  • Deposit: A $1,000 deposit is required within 7 days of submitting your application to secure your team’s spot.

  • Balance: All fees must be paid in full before the first game.

  • Payment Options: Online payment and offline payment options are available

Important Notes

  • Teams that fail to submit the deposit on time risk losing their place in the league.

  • Each team must designate a manager or team liaison as the primary contact with the league.

  • Teams are expected to bring their futsal balls and pinnies to every game.

How to Register

  1. Complete the Team Registration Form.

  2. After submitting your registration, you will receive a link for online payment and access to our new league management system to set up your team.

  3. Submit your $1,000 deposit within 7 days.

  4. Pay the remaining balance before the season starts.

  5. Prepare your roster and get ready to compete!
